| Peter
Murphy is an International Showjumper and Horseman
of vast experience. Few would argue that alongside
his wife Eleni, there is a more capable riding
couple in the sport of Showjumping.
From
the earliest age, Peter has been completely
involved in the equestrian world. Through Peter’s
experience and dedication, he has competed at
all levels, and it is a mark of Peter’s
love of showjumping that he puts so much back
into the sport which has brought his own success
As one of a very small, committed,
select group in the UK, Peter has attained the
highest classification as a Trainer in the sport.
Peter works with the BSJA Consultant Head of
Training throughout the UK, and the respect
for Peter’s capabilities is no more evident
than in the work he does with the GB Under 18
and Under 21 Training Programme. It is this
level of accomplishment that Peter takes to
training at all levels.
Along with his own riding, Peter
and Eleni and their exceptional team run a high
quality, well-equipped yard in Lancashire, providing
livery and many other facilities. Needless to
say, both produce horses through all stages,
and are commercially involved in buying and
selling.
